These terms govern use of Sarulian Publisher ("the Service"), an internal publishing tool developed and operated by Sarulian LLC ("we", "us"). By connecting an account to the Service or using it, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service schedules and publishes content to social media accounts that Sarulian LLC owns or manages, and shows the status and performance of that content. It is an internal tool: it is not offered to the public, there is no public sign-up, and only people authorized by Sarulian LLC may use it.

2. Authorized use

3. Third-party platforms

The Service publishes through the official APIs of third-party platforms. Use of each platform through the Service is also subject to that platform's own terms and policies, including:

We are not responsible for the availability, behaviour, or decisions of these platforms, including changes to their APIs, rate limits, content moderation, or account actions.

4. Content

5. Privacy

How the Service handles data is described in the Sarulian Publisher Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided for our own operations and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We may update these terms; changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarulian LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, accounts, revenue, or profits, arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end anyone's access to the Service at any time. Account owners can disconnect their accounts at any time by revoking access on the platform, as described in the Privacy Policy.
